The Future of Work is central to what we do at the Ministry, recently the UAE Govt. has launched Vision 2071 & one of the central pieces is the future of work. There were some interesting discussions about what the future of work would be & how the employers & policy makers can be prepared to act accordingly.

First thing that comes to my mind is the quality of the attendees. It is definitely a stimulating mix. The audience is handpicked to maximize the fruitfulness of the participation.. It is a good mix with good environment. The other events are bigger however the quality is diluted.. It's surely quality over quantity here…
