Employee Engagement Re-Imagined

AN EVOLVED WORKPLACE FOR AN EVOLVED PERSPECTIVE
The new age of work has realized that employees are the crux of an organization, with a company being only as good as its people. Increasingly, organizations are turning away from the now outdated, notion of “anyone can do the job”. An evolved workplace for an evolved perspective empowers organizations to fully personalize and integrate their end-to-end digital workplace for every individual employee. This focus on employee empowerment is not only a byproduct of the technological revolution, it also an instigator of drastic change within the new workforce generation. Indeed, organizations that choose to invest in their employees have seen a massive influx in productivity, loyalty and results. The world is going digital, and technology-driven organizations are pioneering this transformation by creating comprehensive roadmaps for this new normal; these roadmaps contain the building blocks for retaining and delivering better and faster outcomes for both organizations and their employees.
Join C level industry leaders from the Human Resources and Corporate Communications fields on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 9:30 am for a one-of-a-kind exclusive round table event, and become part of a groundbreaking discourse focusing on all aspects of Employee Experience in the digital age by means of delineating effective strategies tailored towards enhancing employees’ well-being in hybrid workplaces, while simultaneously addressing and tackling all the possible challenges and roadblocks faced by regional industry leaders.

Employee personalization helps organizations meet the needs of every individual in the workplace. Promoting a sense of well-being within the organization has proven to be a game changer as it has helped both employers and employees create growth opportunities, maintain clear lines of open communication and provide support for the overall outcome of the business. Over the past two years, both workplace and employee expectations have evolved. This transformation has consequently placed employee experience at the epicenter of the employee experience; an individual’s decision to join – and remain – at an organization has become largely conditioned by the type of employee experience offered by the organization. According to Jacob Morgan, author of The Employee Experience Advantage, “In a world where money is no longer the primary motivating factor for employees, focusing on employee experience is the most promising competitive advantage that organizations can create.”

Employee Experience (EX) is now becoming an emerging key strategic differentiator for organizations; indeed, collaboration with colleagues, partners and customers has become a top priority as the nature of work itself increasingly becomes digitally conversational, across multiple mobile channels and platforms. Now, more than ever, organizations are looking towards establishing workplace cultures centered around genuine human connections, with special attention being paid to creating work environments that facilitate meaningful and empathetic interactions. Companies that create a positive employee experience will drive a positive customer experience, which will ultimately impact the company’s bottom-line results. Developing and implementing a dynamic human capital strategy is an indispensable component to attracting talents in today’s global marketplace and is thereby critical to preparing for the future of work.
